Jean-Georges Malcor, qui avait décidé de ne pas poursuivre son mandat après la fin du processus de restructuration financière, le conseil d’administration de CGG, réuni en séance le 23 mars 2018, annonce la nomination de Mme Sophie Zurquiyah en tant que Directeur général. Cette nomination deviendra effective à l’issue de l’assemblée générale devant se tenir le 26 avril 2018.
