The shapefile(s) delivered by CGG to Recipient in this email are, to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of CGG, prepared in accordance with accepted practices of the geophysical profession; however, Recipient acknowledges that it is accepting the shapefile(s) “as is,” and CGG makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, in respect to the quality, accuracy or usefulness of the information contained therein, and any implied warranties or representations are hereby expressly negated. Recipient may use the shapefile(s) solely for Recipient’s own internal use, and shall not allow any third party to access the shapefile(s) or transfer or disclose the shapefile(s) to any third party. Further, Recipient understands and agrees that any action taken or expenditure made by Recipient will be at Recipient’s sole risk, and Recipient will not have any claim against CGG and hereby releases CGG from any liability as a consequence thereof.
