CGG, a global technology and HPC leader, and C-Questra, an independent European operator specializing in the CO₂ storage value chain, have signed a commercial cooperation agreement in carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS).

CGG announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Industrialization and Energy Services Company ("TAQA") to sell its entire 49% stake in Arabian Geophysical and Surveying Company (ARGAS).
